About Me & My Cooking
I grew up in the danish countryside and learned to cook with ingredients from our large vegetable garden. I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. It is one of the first things I loved and one of the things I have never stopped loving. Over the years, that lifelong relationship with food found a natural home in my work, where feeding people well is not just hospitality - It is part of what makes an experience truly work.
I cook for intimate gatherings of all kinds : retreats, private events, creative residencies, corporate offsites, Photoshoots, celebrations, and everything in between.
Every meal is made from scratch, full board or single occasion, always thoughtfully composed around the rhythm and nature of the gathering. What I have learned is that truly nourishing food doesn't just sustain people through an experience. It becomes part of what they remember.

My Cooking Philosophy
Rooted in Scandinavia. Warmed by the Mediterranean.
I cook the way I approach everything IN LIFE, with presence, intention, and genuine care for the people in the room. My style is plant-forward and seasonal, made entirely from scratch, with organic and local ingredients wherever possible.
The food I make is designed to nourish at every level, body, brain, and nervous system. Sustaining energy, sharpening focus, and creating the kind of ease that allows people to be fully present for whatever the occasion asks of them.
The Experience

MorningS Begin with home baked bread, greek yoghurt, over-night chia, seasonal fruits, jam and cheeses, soft eggs, good coffee, and herbal teas.
Midday brings a generous lunch of grain bowls, Leek & almond Quiche and fresh salads - sustaining without heaviness.
Evenings end with an abundant dinner, roasted vegetables, salmon, fresh salads. celebrating everything the day held with a bit of home cooked tarte tatin to top it off.
